For the 2008 season the fishery will be stocked weekly with the same hard fighting female and triploid rainbow, blue & brown trout as last season. From 1st March 2008 Frandy Fishery will come under the new ownership of Adrian Haldane of Butterstone Loch at Dunkeld. Frandy will remain to be managed by Ken McCutcheon and all enquiries, bookings etc can still be made by phoning 01259 781352 or email info@frandyfishery.com . Improvements to the fishery will be made over a period of time with the first change being an increase of boats for hire from 12 to 14.

Frandy
opened for the 2008 season on Saturday the 1st March
with many anglers taking the fishery up on the weekend offer. Initially
the weather looked good but unfortunately a strong North West Wind picked up and
forced the majority of boat anglers in to fish from the shore.
