Favourite Fly/Lure: The cool North wind has kept the fish down in the water this week forcing anglers to fish deeper than normal for this time of year. Sedgehog, Black Pennel and Bibios have been the most prolific.

Frandy opened for the 2008 season on Saturday the 1^st March  with many anglers taking the fishery up on the weekend offer.
